First of all, customer service was top notch here — thank you Meghan. The live chat didn’t work but they emailed me next day and the communication via email was prompt and professional. The speed was unmatched (1 month from inquiry to receiving a custom product). I inquired about customization on June 20, I had design renderings by June 30, and then product arrived to me around July 23.
The team was able to customize this bracelet exactly how I wanted it. The diamonds are so shiny. Thank you Holden team!
