"answer": "\u003cp\u003eOnce your order is placed, our design team will get to work on the renderings. The renderings typically take up to two business days to complete and will then be sent over to you for your approval. From there, you'll be allowed to make up to two rounds of revisions if necessary after viewing the original rendering. Once we receive final approval, we’ll proceed with production! The total process from order placement to delivery takes about 3-4 weeks.\u003c\/p\u003e"

While this fee varies on the complexity of the design, Custom \u0026 Bespoke items typically will be quoted higher than a comparable standard design due to the additional design time, resources, and labor involved. We will be sure to provide you with an accurate quote once all the details are finalized.\u003c\/p\u003e"

Our design team is incredibly talented but small, so we aren’t able to provide design suggestions for vague and non-specific requests. Please provide as many details and photo references as possible to facilitate the process.\u003c\/p\u003e"

"question": "How are your rings made?",
"answer": "\u003cp\u003eWe design and craft all of our rings to order in New York City. Once the renderings are approved, the ring starts as a 3D print. The 3D print is then cast into recycled precious metals using a traditional lost-wax casting method. Finally, our expert jewelers clean the castings, set lab-grown diamonds and gemstones (if your ring has them!), and carefully hand polish each ring to your desired finish. "question": "What is your return policy for Custom \u0026 Bespoke items?",
"answer": "\u003cp\u003eIf you're not 100% happy with your design after two rounds of rendering revisions, you're free to cancel the order before it goes into production for a full refund—no risk to you. Once production begins, however, the order cannot be canceled.\u003cbr\/\u003e\u003cbr\/\u003eOnce the ring has been completed, we are only able to accept returns for store credit at this time. If you would like to resize your ring, our standard resizing policies apply; however, some rings cannot be resized due to the complexity of their design.\u003c\/p\u003e"
